We only accept payments through PayPal at this time. With PayPal, you can make payments with funds in your PayPal account, credit cards, or directly from your bank account. Please note that payments made from your bank account, or "eChecks", may take up to five (5) days to clear.

When you upgraded to PLUS! membership, you also created a subscription which automatically renews your membership when your term expires. You can cancel your subscription in your PayPal account under transaction details.

PLUS! bandwidth purchased will remain on your account forever, as long as you're a PLUS! member. If your PLUS! membership expires, you'll have seven (7) days to renew your membership to keep any bandwidth you purchased.

The PLUS! bandwidth tracker resets to zero (0) on the first of every month, not when your subscription renews.

If you're a PLUS! member, then your downloads support download managers/accelerators. We suggest using DownloadThemAll, which is a simple add-on for FireFox, which we also suggest using. If that's not for you, you can use Free Download Manager, which is a great download manger with tons of features.

You will need a media player that supports those formats. We strongly suggest using VLC Media Player as it supports an array of video formats and codecs. VLC can also fix and rebuild videos that may be currupt, and it works on Windows and Mac.

Not all videos have hard subs. Some videos have soft subs, which may have to be enabled manually, depending on your media player. We suggest using VLC Media Player, which, most of the time, automatically enables subtitles. If not, you can enable them yourself by clicking Video > Subtitles Track > Track #.

Hard subtitles are encoded into the video and you can't disable them, whereas soft subtitles are seperate from the video and can be disabled and enabled through your media player.

You can collect reward points by uploading anime, writing reviews, or by simply upgrading to PLUS! membership. You can then redeem your points on the rewards page.
